VitalCare offers educational materials and some helpful tools to get you on the road to healthy living.

Health Tracker

Quality Improvement Division of Scott & White Health Plan distrubutes, at no cost, a health information booklet to new members and to health fair attendees. Topics covered range from healthy eating, cholesterol, diabetes, skin cancer to vision care. It also allows an individual to keep and track health information in one place. Information that can be tracked includes vaccinations, health history, doctor information, cholesterol screenings, blood pressure readings and more.

Seminars

Quality Improvement Division of Scott & White Health Plan have available a variety of on-site seminars for local Scott & White Health Plan employer groups to offer to their employees. Topics include weight management, exercise, blood pressure, diabetes and more upon request. The cost for the seminars will be determined on the topic and can range from $2-$5 per person.

Health Topics

Conduct searches for a variety of topics, including medical conditions, symptoms and preventive health measures.
